My dear Daughter
Your letter received I am sorry
for the Davis Machine Co. as for Bridgeford
he aint deserving of any sympathy. I leave
here this day Mr Lamberton and my self
travel in company. Mr Lambertons health is
not good. Mr Bristol and my self thought it
would be better if some person were with him
so I gave up the ocean trip, and we go by
rail. if he is strong enoughf, I wil leave
him in Washington. Possibly his nephew wil
meet us there, the people are departing very
fast. Mr Bristol and the Davises stay until the
28th Mr Bristol is feeling fine. I expect to be
home about April 1st
With love
Wm G
