October 26 1925
Dear Kate;
When you called here last, we talked
about Eleanor’s income.
I asked Eleanor for the enclosed statement.
We knew all about the $6778. and the $500. items
because these come from the office here. The amount,
$187.50, is her income on the outside.
We will start at once paying the $2502. for
the sake of easy division, to be charged equally to
your account, and Andrew’s and mine in accordance
with your letter, making $834. each; this extra
amount to be paid until such time as Eleanor comes
into the $2600. now paid to the Margaret from Father’s
estate.
I am sure we wll hope that Margaret will
live to enjoy her income for many years to come.
I am also enclosing Eleanor’s letter.
Yours truly,
JEG H
