Article, “Slain Wave Given Burial”

An article announcing that murder victim Irene Conole was buried in Rochester, NY, after being killed in Maryland. Four fellow Waves from Patuxent Naval Air Station attended Irene’s funeral. Navy airman Carl Strickland has been charged with the crime and is awaiting trial.
